The Bermuda Islamic Cultural Centre

The Bermuda Islamic Cultural Centre is a hub for Islamic faith, culture, and community life in Bermuda. Located at 84 Harrington Sound Road in Smith’s Parish, the Centre serves as both a place of worship and a cultural gathering space for Muslims and visitors alike.

Our Mission

At the heart of the Centre’s mission is the promotion of peace, human fraternity, and mutual understanding between people of all backgrounds through the advocacy of Islamic culture, core beliefs, and community engagement. We aim to foster dialogue, education, and unity among believers and non-believers alike for the betterment of Bermudian society.

What We Do

The Centre offers a range of religious and community-oriented activities:

• Weekly Worship and Prayer – Including Salatul-Jumu’ah (Friday congregational prayer) at 1:30 pm each week, welcoming Muslims from across the island.
• Community Nights – Regular evening gatherings, where community members can connect, socialize, and enjoy refreshments in a welcoming environment.
• Educational Outreach – Resources and programs to help people learn about Islam, its traditions, and its role within a multicultural context in Bermuda.
• Special Events – Observances such as Eid celebrations in cooperation with other Islamic centres on the island, offering prayer services and community festivities for all ages.
